1. ORDERS - to place an order implies full membership to the buyer's conditions of sale. Except in reverse order, missing items, sizes and prices charged will be replaced with those of available sizes and prices closer to demand. Orders are accepted by the seller only after his confirmation. Provided the goods has not already been shipped, the buyer may cancel all or part of an order, but must pay the seller compensation equal to 30% of the value of the canceled order. Also the dealer will not be required to fulfill an order already accepted if there were events beyond his control or force majeure (disasters, bad weather, frosts, strikes, etc.).

2. DELIVERIES - The terms of delivery, being contingent upon climate and the season before the arrival of the order, however, are approximate and subject to the time of preparation of technical plants. The goods are delivered ex our nursery and travels at the risk of the purchaser. Any liability ceases with the delivery of plants to those who need to transport. The goods are made available at our nursery and are not making deliveries by post or courier. Unless otherwise agreed, the costs of transport and customs are your responsibility. Complaints regarding the quality or quantity of plants sent should be clearly notified by registered letter or fax, within three days of receipt. The recovery of plants supplied depends on the care provided upon arrival and other factors beyond the control of the seller . For all that the seller is in no way guarantees.

3. PRICES - All prices listed on this site do not include VAT

4. PAYMENTS - Unless otherwise agreed our invoices are issued in euros and payment must be made in euro. Invoices are payable net and without discount delivery. In case of late payment will be subject to interest at current bank rate of discount at the time Italy. All fees and charges relating to the recovery of the dovutoci will be borne by the buyer. We reserve title to the goods until full payment.

5. GENERAL PROVISIONS - For all other provisions not specifically mentioned here refers to general conditions of sale of nursery products available from the Chamber of Commerce (CCIAA) of Pistoia.

6. JURISDICTION - 12.The Court of Pistoia will have jurisdiction over any disputes.
